- I enjoyed reading The Exhibitionist. This is the 6th book in the Submissive Series. I read someone else’s review saying they read this book as a standalone and I do think you could do that but, you do miss out on the character development of Abby & Nathaniel West. They have so much history together. I really enjoyed this book and the love that Nathaniel has for Abby is amazing. We also found out Nathaniel is human and makes a very big mistake. I can’t say more about it because I don’t want to give any spoilers.
As I said there are 6 books so far in this series. Here is the order that they should be read in.
The Submissive, #1 – Nathaniel and Abby’s story. Told from Abby’s POV
The Dominant, #2 – Nathaniel and Abby’s story. Re-Told from Nathaniel’s POV

The only book that I wasn’t crazy about was book 2 The Dominant and the only reason I wasn’t crazy about the book was I felt I had just read the entire story in Book 1. Of course The Dominant is Nathaniel’s POV and Book 1 The Submissive is Abby’s POV. Also, these books aren’t cheap and I have bought each one of them so I felt that a repeat of the story was unnecessary and a complete waste of my money. Other than that I have enjoyed reading each of these books.
But, enough of that. I give The Exhibitionist 4.5 stars and I can’t wait to get started with The Master! - I was gifted a copy of this novel for an honest review. Tara Sue Me has another amazing 5 star read in The Exhibitionist. One would think that after so many books about one couple, there wouldn't be anything new to write about but these books just keep getting better. I love Nathaniel and Abby's story. I love that after so many years together, Nathaniel and Abby are still learning new things about the other. We see Abby's jealous side come out in full force in regards to Charlene and I have to say I loved the way she was able to handle the intense situation that occurred at a party regarding her. Even though she was collared at the time, she didn't let that stop her from telling Nathaniel how wrong he was. Nathaniel let her say her peace because he knew he was wrong. I was so happy that he owned up to his error and it truly showed how much Abby really means to him and his life and future. I'm not sure I will ever get tired of their story. It's wonderful to read how when they are in a scene and she is hearing Nathaniel's voice telling her something when she is doubting herself or him. They are by far my favorite book couple. And I can't wait to see what Tara will bring us next time with Abby and Nathaniel. And I am very excited to read The Master regarding Sasha and Cole.

Nathaniel and Abigail explore more on Abby's interest in exhibitionism, hence the title of the book. They've been married for awhile and have two beautiful kids. But, what if doubts set in on Nathaniel's dom skills to fulfil the needs of his sub? Or Abby's jealousy gets a hold of her? Will things go well for our blissfully wedded couple?
Firstly, I have to say I love, love, LOVE this book. Especially that particular scene near the end. Tugged so much at the heartstrings, I had to tear. I already loved the direction the book was going, but that one crucial scene... *sighs* It sealed the deal. Not everyone is perfect. ;)
Nathaniel and Abigail aren't the only one we see here. The other Partners in Play characters play a huge part as well. We see a happy Jeff and Dena from the previous book and of course, Daniel and Julie are moving forward in their relationship as well. Cole Johnson is the key player here. Is it bad I wanna know more about the badass Brit? Especially with a particular submissive? ;) I hope she gets her sass back. February can't come fast enough. - Nathaniel and Abigail's, story continues, with a lot of love, passion, hot kinky sex as well as trust issues, insecurities and drive to keep it all in proper prospective. Nathaniel, has excepted a position with the partners in play group which led him and Abby to buying a house and moving to Delaware with the kids, but while Nathaniel is trying to lead this group he also has to keep Abby happy, satisfied and pushed to her very limits.
While Abby, is excited with the move, making new friends and the play group, her and Nathaniel are trying new ways to keep there D/s relationship fulfilling. As Abby, is enjoying their new life in Delaware, she's enjoying the direction her Master, is pushing her in, until lines get crossed, lack of communication and insecurities comes into play and all can be lost. Will Husband and wife survive?
